The Friends of the Ettrick-Matoaca Public Library hosted a golf tournament to raise funds for CCPL libraries!
Date: Saturday, August 27, 2022.
Time: 8:30 am – Shotgun Start; 1:00 pm – Lunch
Location: Dogwood Trace Golf Course, Petersburg, VA
The cost is $80 per person or $320 per foursome. Lunch is included and there will be lots of prizes and silent auction items to bid on, including a grill, a $1,500 gift certificate to Top Golf, and tickets to local sporting events such as the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the Richmond Raceway.
Why we are Fundraising?
All funds raised during this event will go to FCCPL to help bring expanded programs to Ettrick-Matoaca and Meadowdale libraries, including technology programs designed to provide hands-on, interactive learning opportunities for students interested in STEM and other career skills. Revenues from this fundraiser will also support the new multimedia studio and makerspace at Ettrick-Matoaca Library by expanding the library’s selection of materials on topics that directly support the studio and makerspace or provide inspiration on how to better use the resources.

The event has multiple levels of sponsorship starting at $500 and going up to $5,000. Each sponsorship level includes one or more complimentary teams (foursome) so you can join in on the fun and par-tee at the event.
