Library branches – Please use this form to submit an order for these items.
- This form will be submitted to the Friends fundraising chair.
- The Fundraising Chair will issue an invoice to the Friends branch leader and treasurer [Jan], and inform the Library admin [Lori] of the request.
- The branch treasurer will issue payment to the Board treasurer [Jan ]for the amount indicated on the invoice.
- The Library admin [Lori] will fulfill the request and send the items in the library’s pony.
